Fall is here!

It was finally that time of year again, something that Chickpea loved dearly. As the leaves began changing color, the alarm clock in Chickpea's bedroom went off. They raised their paw and swiftly turned it off before getting out of bed and ran off to the bathroom in a swift motion. They turned on the water in the shower before climbing in and leaving a few minutes later after washing himself. They then ran to the attic of their home, pulling down the ladder from the attic door. He came back down with fall decor and began decorating the house with nothing but fall decorations. Once done, he ran to his closet and replaced all of his summer clothing with fall clothing. He turned to his calendar and ripped last month off of the calendar, only to reveal the first of September and first day of fall. They jumped up and down with joy and a big grin across their face. “Today's the day!” They yelled out in joy before running into the kitchen, starting the coffee maker and digging through the cabinets, getting out his favorite fall themed mug then putting it under the coffee maker. They then went to the fridge and opened it, getting out his pumpkin spice creamer and whipped cream. He closed the fridge and set everything on the counter before grabbing his container of sugar and put it next to the coffee maker. They smiled with glee as they pulled out their phone and began ordering pumpkin spice donuts for delivery, his tail wagged with pure joy as he placed the order and set his phone down on the counter before getting out the ice cubes from the freezer. He watched as his maker poured the hot coffee into the mug once it was done brewing. He wagged his tail and waited eagerly, once it was done, he put the ice cubes, creamer, sugar and whipped cream once everything was mixed up. He took a sip and wagged his tail even more with soft thuds hitting the floor from his tail hitting it. The doorbell rang, making him freeze, he set his coffee down and ran to the door, he took a deep breath to calm himself before opening the door and taking the donuts from the delivery soapuppy, he set them down and dug through his hoodie pocket, handing the soapuppy some duckies as payment and a tip before closing the door. They set their donuts on the end table next to the recliner and went to get their coffee, they came back with their coffee. He climbed into his recliner, turned on the TV and reclined into his chair. He enjoyed his morning breakfast, he finished his breakfast and morning coffee a while later. They got up then put on fall clothing before bolting outside and jumping into the leaves. He laughed as he rolled around in the leaves and enjoyed himself, he sighed happily while laying in the leaves as they fell onto him from falling onto him from the trees. Allowing himself being buried under the leaves, he stared up at the sky, his tail wagging happily, enjoying the leaves on him. They relaxed under the leaves happily and closed their eyes, with their tail wagging. The wind blew, blowing more leaves over his body, he let out a small laugh as he picked up one of autumn colored leaves and looked at it happily. He examined it closely, looking at it's unique shape and color. They sighed before sitting up with his fur, hair and soap covered in leaves, he shook his body to get the leave off but some stuck, making him snicker and laugh.
