chocolate party (valentines event part 2!)

Mousey, Mashiro, Sprinkles, and Duskie had eventually ended up at Sudsy's place, and with that, Mousey was ready to begin unloading!

Sprinkles hopped out the moment Mousey opened up her mailbag. "Thanks." She said. "It's actually quite nice there."

"There's a reason I usually spend my free time in here." Mashiro nodded.

"SUDSY!" Mousey yelled, knocking the door. "Sudsy, we brought you packages!" She tossed a package at Sudsy's doorstep- then another, then another-

Sudsy opened the door, tail wagging. "Packages!" She ran over to one and started to tear it open with her teeth, revealing...

"CHOCOLATE!" Mousey had stars in her eyes. Duskie's ears perked up and Sprinkles looked at the chocolate with a look of I want this but I'm too scared to ask. 

"Chocolate..." Sudsy trailed off, before running to open another package. "More chocolate... Ugh!" She growled. "I'm a DOG! Dogs can't eat chocolate!"

"Barkley can!" Duskie said. "And I can too, even though non-soapy cats can't eat chocolate either..." He turned his head to look at Mashiro. "Mashiro, can you eat chocolate?"

Mashiro nodded. "This vessel is long dead, held together by the magic of the dreamlands. I may not need to eat, but I can still enjoy some chocolate- or some fish."

Mousey scratched underneath Mashiro's chin, causing him to purr, before looking at Sudsy. "... Maybe you're just allergic?"

Sudsy gasped. "NO WONDER EVERYONE KEEPS SENDING ME CHOCOLATES?!" She sighed. "Still, what should we do with these?"

"We could eat them! Or maybe make things out of them! Or maybe just eat them!" Duskie beamed. "If I bring my friends, we could all party together!"

"I wanna bring some chocolate for me and my friends to enjoy, too!" Mousey said, smiling.

"I don't know how this works, but I hope that any chocolate Mousey brings along comes with us back to our world." Mashiro said.

After Mousey had loaded her bag up and somehow disappeared, Duskie called all his friends for... A CHOCOLATE PARTY!

"Thank you, thank you!" Barkley said, stuffing his face with a chocolate bar. His tail was wagging side to side fast enough to knock a chocolate bar off of a nearby table. "And thank Sudsy for letting us have her chocolate!"

"It's the least I could do!" Duskie said, snacking on another bar of chocolately goodness. "It'd be selfish just for us to hoard all this for ourselves, wouldn't it?"

"That, and we'd get sick. And throw up. And die."

"Knight, brother mine, we would not simply just 'die' from-"

"if we eat too much chocolate we will explode into confetti like that gummiguy and thats why duskie is not allowed to eat 5 tons of candy in a single sitting"

Knight, I know that's not true!

Hibiscus, who was sitting in the corner and eating a bar of chocolate, saw the look on Duskie's face and snickered.

"Sorry I'm choco-late." Siffrin said, walking in. "I was busy with fixing something that went a bit abar, so-"

Duskie burst out laughing, choking on his chocolate bar, and Siffrin slapped his back, causing him to cough it up. Barkley ran over and scooped it off the ground while Duskie was looking at Siffrin to see what just happened.

Meanwhile, in the background, a paw popped out of a bush and grabbed a nearby chocolate bar. Sniff, sniff.

Bite!

All without taking off the wrapper first.
