These are Soapuppies that lack anything needed to count as a valid Soapuppy. Illegal traits do not need to be fixed or acted upon, and Soapuppies with them are still valid to be used within any activies. However, if a character with an illegal trait ever has a design update request submitted, said illegal trait will need to be fixed within the update.
